Dagelijkse automatische clusteringkosten per tabel, inclusief de rol en gebruiker die clustering heeft ingeschakeld. enabled_by_role en enabled_by_user worden afgeleid uit de meest recente ALTER TABLE ... CLUSTER BY in ACCESS_HISTORY.
